All forms of meditation provide a space and time to sense
“How’s my body doing?”
” Where are my emotions at, am I feeling?”
“Is my mind racing, can calm be created”
“Do I sense my spirit, the “I am” in what I am doing in this life”
“How is my environment affecting my health and wellbeing”
We often have these questions and many others going around in our head making it busy. when we allow time and space to connect with these thoughts for ourselves, and with practice, we can then finally find calm in our minds.
Which in turn allows for more self-connection and tapping into your own wisdom and asking for guidance from our earth and the universe.
