These meditations were created with the of the Full moon and New moon of the time. The origin and explanation is part of the meditation. They are between 10 and 15 min long. Reiki is a beautiful modality to learn about energy and start your journey as a healer for yourself , loved ones or as a community practitioner. On this one day workshop we follow DR Usui journey of how he came to create the Reiki modality. .You will receive Reiki I attunements to access the universal life force energy to facilitate hands on healing. Followed by a guidance of how to provide a Reiki session with practical experience with volunteers. A certificate will be presented to confirm your attunement at the end of the day.
This workshop is in small groups in the lovely environment of my home.
Followed by Reiki circles for support and practice.
